is an institute of the Victoria University of Manchester,
with over 20 full-time research staff. Founded in 1977, it
is part of the University’s Faculty of Economic and Social
Studies. PREST provides independent analysis and information
for those developing and implementing policy for science and
technology. |

and advisory work on various aspects of science and technology
policy and strategy, and provides research training through postgraduate
degrees and topic-oriented courses. It is a leading centre for

Reidev
Ltd
| Reidev
Ltd is a private company involved in consulting and commercialisation
of innovations. It has been founded by Reinhold Enqvist who
has been working until 2002 as managing director of the Nordic
Industrial Fund, an inter-governmental group under the Nordic
Council of Ministers responsible for initiating and financing
of innovation co-operation, industrial cross-border R&D,
and development of the innovation system in the Nordic countries.

of several industrial committees, he is an international speaker
on innovation, management and training aspects of the knowledge
